
5 Week Throwing Class with Sarah Fenton
This is a 5 week class that is held every Saturday from April 12 - May 10, 6-8pm at the MoC.
Learn how to use a throwing wheel and create your own unique pottery pieces. After glazing your pottery, the museum will fire your pieces for you! This class is taught by instructor Sarah Fenton.

Fee: $100 - must be paid in advanced to reserve your spot (swing by the MoC to drop off your payment during our open hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 3:30pm).

This is a 5 week class that is held every Thursday (with the exception of the last week) from April 17 - May 17, 6-8pm. The last class is scheduled on Saturday, May 17.
Learn how to use a throwing wheel and create your own unique pottery pieces. After glazing your pottery, the museum will fire your pieces for you! This class is taught by instructor Sarah Fenton.

The TS&T Benkert collection is leaving the MoC! Come hear the Benkerts discuss the pieces in detail alongside other TS&T enthusiasts.

Ohio Open Doors
The MoC is partnering with the Upper Ohio Valley Museum for a special open doors event.
Join us at the MoC for an hour long talk on all things toiletware from 12:00 - 1:00 pm.
Afterwards, historian Gary Williams will hold a talk and discussion regarding the early frontier of Ohio from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the Upper Ohio Valley Museum.

Come revel in the unveiling of a rare, one-of-a-kind KT&T ceramic clock case, and learn about the infamous Lotus Ware Heist during a talk by by expert Burl Warrick.

The openng day of the exhibit will feature a MoC Talk by collectors Greg and Teresa Benkert at noon. The exhiit will run until mid-October.

Holiday Open House
The Museum’s third annual Holiday Open House will feature 20 holiday tablescapes, docents available to chat about the tablescapes, napkin folding and other table setting demos, refreshments, and a snowman craft for kids. Many of the other businesses and sevices in town will also offer specials. Parade starts at 6:00 pm.
